Solving isn't working
Make sure you're connected to the internet — solving requires a network connection. If you see an error, tap Try again. A typical solve takes under 8 seconds. Free users have 3 solves — upgrade to Pro for unlimited solving. Flashcards, Quizzes, lab tools, the growth curve visualizer, and the formula reference work fully offline.
Scan isn't reading my problem
Use a clear, well-lit photo. Printed text reads best; for handwriting, write neatly and crop tightly to the question. You can crop to just the relevant area before upload. You can also type the problem manually if the scan struggles.
AI Tutor isn't responding
The Tutor tab needs an internet connection. Stay on microbiology topics — the assistant is scoped to bacteria, viruses, fungi, staining, microscopy, and related lab concepts. If a reply fails, tap Try again or start a new message.
Flashcards & Quizzes
Open Home → Learning Tools → Flashcards or Quizzes. Decks cover Bacteria & Gram Stain, Viruses & Fungi, Microscopy & Growth, and Immunology & Control. These tools are free and work offline.
Restore purchases
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If issues persist, email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com with your Apple ID receipt.
Cancel subscription
iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Microbiology AI Pro → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Are lab tools free?
Yes. Serial Dilution, CFU/mL, Generation Time, Total Magnification, Hemocytometer Count, Log Reduction, the Growth Curve Visualizer, and the Formula Reference are free forever — no subscription needed, fully offline.
AI answer seems wrong
AI can occasionally make mistakes — including Tutor replies. Double-check each step against your understanding or your textbook, and use the free lab tools to verify results. If you consistently get wrong answers, email us with the problem and the solution you received so we can improve.
